Welcome to the Center for Advanced Medicine.

Appointments

New patient appointments with our doctors are 50 minutes long.  This gives us the time to get to know you and assess your health needs.  Follow up appointments are typically 25 minutes, but can be longer if needed.

 

Payment options

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  You may pay by cash, check or credit card.  Please note that we do not accept American Express.

 

Insurance

The Center does not accept insurance.  Our doctors have opted out of Medicare, so we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.  If you have Medicare, you will be asked to enter into a “Private Contract” with our doctor as required by Medicare.

For those patients who have a PPO, we will send you a superbill within 10 days of your appointment that you may submit to your insurance company.  Your reimbursement will depend on your policy and should be sent to you.  You will need to check with your insurance company for eligibility. In the off chance that the insurance company pays the Center, the check will be returned to the insurance company with a letter asking to reimburse the patient.

Please avoid wearing scented products, as we have many chemically sensitive patients.
