In addition to Medical Doctors, Center for Advanced Medicine includes Osteopathic Medicine to provide a complete integrated medical center.  A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) is licensed to prescribe medications, have the same privileges and responsibilities as MDs.  They differ by emphasizing the importance of the musculoskeletal system in which the structure and functions of the body are given equal importance. DOs use their hands to diagnose injury and illness and to encourage your body’s natural tendency to heal itself under the right conditions.

Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is used to remove obstructions to the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which flows along the wall of the skull and spinal cord and nourishes the nerves and promotes nerve transmission throughout the body. The flow of CSF can be affected by abnormal pressure that can occur if the bony plates of the skull are misaligned. Craniosacral adjustment can benefit a large number of ailments, since the nerves serve every system of the body
