Crispy Asparagus
2 Dozen Asparagus
2/3 C Rice Cracker Crumbs
1 ½ T Parmesan Cheese
Dash of Salt
1/4t Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
½ C Coconut Cream
Wash and cut ends of asparagus off. To make cracker crumbs, take rice crackers and put in a food processor and blend until they resemble bread crumbs. In a loaf pan add cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and Mrs Dash seasoning. Mix together. In a separate loaf or pie pan place coconut cream. Dip the asparagus into the cream and then into the crumb mixture. Place on a greased bakers rack on a cookie sheet and place in over. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
Use as appetizer or makes for 4 servings.
